Upcoming Workshops and Series

Group Yoga Therapy is a guided journey inward which incorporates a whole-body, whole-mind approach to Yoga and Yoga Philosophy, influenced by studies in Buddhism, Psychology, and Neuroscience. Beyond a physical experience, we will use our bodies as instruments in becoming aware of the present moment, slowing our minds, giving ourselves the gifts of profound presence, focussed attention, open awareness, and setting the conditions which give rise to transformational personal growth and healing.

  • Whether there is a change you would like to invite into your life and seek clarity to engage, or perhaps things are changing around you and you are seeking ways to approach the changes with greater ease, this program is calling for you! As you embark on this 9-week journey through the '8 Themes of Change,' you will engage your body with breath and movement to navigate worry, anxiety, and stress, and to cultivate clarity, self-awareness, and inner peace.

In this journey, we use a uniquely integrative approach with a distinctive focusing process that supports learning into all aspects of being - body, mind, emotions, and life - engaging in ways that truly catalyze change. We will work through the layers of self and transformation in a process designed using yoga, mindfulness and meditation, including a verbal process of self-inquiry. This method helps people transform, learn, and grow from an 'inside out' rather than 'outside in' perspective, and is used as a means of bridging the gap between yoga and talk-therapy.
